The Platform — including its software, source code, design, branding, content, and the Pace assistant's system prompts and behavior — is the property of MyCoach and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Submitting a DMCA notice

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice via the Contact & Legal page that includes:

• Your contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The location on the Platform of the material you claim is infringing.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

How we respond

We review each notice we receive and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected user. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
