Refund & Cancellation Policy

MyCoach is currently free to use. If paid subscriptions or one-time purchases are introduced in the future, the following will apply unless different terms are shown at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then.

Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, grant partial or full refunds in cases such as duplicate charges or clear technical failures.

Free trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.

Your data after cancellation

Your data remains accessible in a limited free tier for a reasonable period after cancellation so you can export it. After that period we may delete cancelled-account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
