Terms of Service

Welcome to MyCoach. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyCoach website, mobile experience, and related features (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What MyCoach is

MyCoach is a personal training and nutrition planning tool. It generates workout plans, nutrition targets, and progress tracking based on information you provide about your body, your goals, your equipment, and your schedule. It also includes an AI assistant named Pace that can answer questions about the Platform and general fitness topics.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You may use MyCoach without an account. Creating an account is optional and enables cross-device sync and long-term history. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Platform.
• Share your account or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to manipulate the Pace assistant into producing harmful, illegal, or medical content.
• Upload content that infringes on anyone's rights.

4. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, branding, design, and content, is owned by MyCoach and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of data you enter (measurements, foods, notes). You grant MyCoach a license to store and process that data solely to operate the Platform on your behalf.

6. Subscriptions & billing

MyCoach may offer paid features in the future. If you purchase a subscription, billing terms will be presented at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Platform.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCoach and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including injury, illness, or loss of data.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MyCoach is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
